New York, NY

As the city that never sleeps, New York offers an experience like no other in the world! There’s an abundance of fancy restaurants and little eateries, high fashion boutiques and streetside vendors,  history and art, green space and architecture, elaborate Broadway productions, and dark piano bars. It is truly a place that offers something for everyone no matter your age, background, or nationality.  
Central Park provides recreation and open space near the city's center, while Times Square is home to the bright lights of Broadway and endless shopping and entertainment. Visitors can see the NYC skyline from the Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center or the peak of the Empire State Building. There’s American history to be learned at the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, and art to be admired at the many New York City museums. In addition to all of that, New York is also home to more than five major league sports teams including the Giants, Jets, Yankees, Knicks, and Rangers. Queens is a New York City borough on Long Island across the East River from Manhattan.

Activities

From historic landmarks to cultural attractions, Queens offers a world within itself. The park’s Queens Museum is known for the "Panorama," a building-for-building model of New York City. Nearby Citi Field is the stadium of the pro baseball team, the Mets.

Corona Park

Flushing Meadows Corona Park, with the Unisphere, a 12-story 1964 World's Fair globe sculpture, hosts the annual U.S. Open tennis tournament. The site of two twentieth-century World's Fairs attended by millions of people, Flushing Meadows Corona Park continues to draw and delight visitors. As the largest park in Queens, it offers plenty of space for whatever your recreational desires may be — baseball, soccer, tennis, cricket, and more.
