Nondiscrimination Policy

FAA Title VI Policy - 49 CFR PART 21: Unlawful Discrimination

Myrtle Beach International Airport assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, creed, age, or disability (hereafter, the “protected bases”), as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (PL 100.259), Section 520 of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982, and related authorities (hereafter, “Title VI and related requirements”), be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity.

Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI should report the complaint by contacting the listed ADA/Title VI Coordinators or by submitting our online complaint form below.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for FY 2021 – 2023

Horry County Department of Airports

Horry County Department of Airports hereby publishes a proposed overall goal for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for FY 2021 through FY 2023.  The proposed overall goal is 14.66% for all FAA-AIP funded projects in FY 2021 through FY 2023 for FAA-AIP funded projects at:

  • Conway-Horry County Airport (HYW)
  • Grand Strand Airport (CRE)
  • Loris-Twin Cities Airport (5J9)
  • Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR)
