Meet Coconut, Loki’s carefree sister, who loves to smile and is happiest when she plays with her family. Her mom says she looks like a rocking horse, because she’s so happy to be outside running free. She enjoys wrestling with her brother, chasing lizards and squirrels, and her all-time favorite activity: going for rides in the car (even if she wasn’t invited). When you meet her, she’ll push everyone out of the way for you to give her belly rubs, becoming your forever friend.
Meet Loki, a delightful Golden Retriever from Carolina Shores, NC. Loki adores Soup Bones, and you'll often find him chasing lizards alongside his furry sister, Coconut. His cherished spot is right by his Mom's side.
It was with great sadness that we said goodbye to Rory in September 2024. Rory was a laid-back, senior golden retriever from La Plata, MD. He adored devouring cookies of all sizes, shapes and flavors and was always up for a game of tennis. Rory was an absolute gem, who never met a stranger. His friendly nature extended to everyone he encountered, be it humans, birds, rabbits, squirrels and more. He would take time to pause to marvel at airplanes flying overhead, especially during his visits to the airport. He was part of the P.E.T.S. program at MYR for over two years with his owner, Tim, a retired Fire Captain from MYR. We will miss him dearly and all the smiles he brought to travelers.
