Record Number of Passengers Pass through MYR in February 2020

During February 2020, a total of 107,086 passengers passed through the Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR), an increase of 3.3-percent compared to February 2019.

At MYR, total passenger traffic during February 2020, which includes enplanements and deplanements, totaled 107,086 compared to 103,678 in the month of February 2019. The number of people arriving on flights, or deplanements, totaled 54,667 compared to 53,137 in 2019.

“February was another strong month at the Myrtle Beach International Airport” said Scott Van Moppes, director of airports. “For the month, Delta recorded a 29% passenger count increase over the previous year. Demand for Myrtle Beach, SC and the Grand Strand is stronger than ever and we are optimistic that we will see continued growth as we move into our spring season.”
